Didn't get it, but did put together a pretty anyway.

I love the small-scale bwraps texture here. Your best use of it so far, imho. I also find myself enjoying the colors, almost despite myself! Yellows and greens just aren't my thing, but they really do work here. This one just... pushes my impressionist buttons or something. All that and a subtly engaging composition; I'm sold.

My attempts so far look mostly like mud pies & 3-year old finger painting, but Subtext in the Spin & Out of Gondwana are getting closer. Now you've got me chasing oscscope squigglies

Thank you for saying so, but at the moment it's all complete randomness. With my old account I was ok with that, but with a reinvention I'm not. I see yours, =IDeviant's and `Xyrus02's and straight away I recognise them as being yours/theirs ... they have a unique quality which is hard to find in the fractal gallery. I have got to get to grips with the ins and outs of this program ... I recently watched `Xyrus02's video over on YouTube and he used buttons, did thingamajigs, I never knew were there. Tweaking parameters or using scripts are all well and good, and you can pick things up from them, but they don't explain. Consider me now the serious student

Well, see, I can very generally point out the works of my influences and the folks I admire and I remember them pretty well.

If you use the bwraps plugins from xyrus, they are wonderful.

Not used Xyrus's as I understand they're the same, but with pre- and post- variants. As I'm up to my limit plugins-wise, I'll wait until Managed Plugins
