Apo 7x :paranoid:
Also, first render in chaotica.

I'm still having issues rendering IN apophysis, even with 7xm and that is worrisome. I need to be able to render for prints ;_;

I'm sure you have all the right settings, but just in case: - I was having major rendering problems in 7x ("not enough memory") until I changed the buffer depth to 32-bit floating point, and then everything was ok...

Let me know if it works - I'd be curious if it was the same issue...

:jawdrop: Impressively solid-looking! What sort of issues are you having? If they're related to size, my strips method should work around it [link] Last time I tried the 7X internal renderer for a 1200 x 1600 piece, it failed at the final stage (wouldn't create the .jpg file), so I routinely break into 4 strips for anything above 1280 px on the long side.

It tells me I don't have enough memory for a render, when I very clearly do (my available is high and the necessary is lower than the avaialable.)
And the last time I rendered something, the settings were at 10k density/quality and instead of rendering as a png as I specified, it rendered as a bmp with 1k quality.
