Question about partner entries: Does one person create the fractal and the other person creates the "outside world" portion, or can they both take one fractal and each create an "outside world" item then kind of stick them together in one image? Or maybe they each create a fractal, swap them and create an "outside world" item with the other person's fractal then submit them as one entry?
